Desde una situaci\u00f3n privilegiada dentro de la trama de esta peque\u00f1a isla, con vistas a la plaza central y a la iglesia, el proyecto se enmarca en un solar entre medianeras con unas condiciones urban\u00edsticas muy restrictivas, explorando sus l\u00edmites hasta conseguir optimizar sus posibilidades volum\u00e9tricas. Un sutil giro de la cumbrera posibilita generar dos habitaciones con terrazas independientes con vistas privilegiadas hacia el mar y hacia el pueblo, respectivamente. En el acceso por la fachada principal, un gran enrejado filtra la iluminaci\u00f3n natural hacia un espacio que conecta visualmente los espacios comunes y sirve de punto de acceso al distribuidor principal y a su vez a todas las estancias del hotel, priorizando la calidad espacial del conjunto.<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
